This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in the entire world! Working with Troy and Suzanne was incredibly easy. Not only are they exceptionally kind, they were supportive and responsive while working with me on an alternative check-in time. When we arrived, we were all blown away by the space. There are three floors, and each is so quiet that you do not hear anyone walking around on the level above you. The space itself is gorgeous! We cooked in their beautiful kitchen, we hung out in the massive whirl pool and sauna in the large downstairs bathroom. We filled the house to max capacity, and we all had plenty of space and privacy to ourselves. It was also really nice to have a living room on each floor. The keyless entry was a god send when it came to coordinating so many people. We used all of Troy’s local recommendations, which are all stellar. The local coffee, bagels, and bakery are all wonderful and right in walking distance. Wonderful hosts, incredible space!

The Wallingford Oasis truly lives up to its name. We were visiting over the holidays for a multi-generational family visit and it was both extremely peaceful and fun for the kiddos. The restaurants in the area were vibrant and interesting, I.E. Bizarre Italian and the home was lovely and peaceful. It is very easy to have together time as well as individual peaceful time either with the sauna or in one of the living areas.

I love this house!!! Our family was in town for a short 2 day trip and after the 1st night at this home we regretted we didn’t book for longer. We cannot wait to be back! It was super spacious for our family of 8 and we felt very comfortable with the house itself and the (super cute) neighborhood. We have a feeling this home will be one we will return to often when given the chance to vacation!

Troy's Airbnb was comfortable, warm, and clean; all the most important things when spending time somewhere. My family enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen (especially the pot filler on the convection stove), sitting by the warm fireplace, and chatting over a board game at the breakfast nook. It was quite close to everywhere we wanted to go, and our dogs had nice long walks through the neighborhood, which was peaceful and calm despite construction a few blocks away.

Beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood. No issue with parking. The sauna was very enjoyed after a long day in the gym for our tournament. The couch beds aren't the kind of couches with a bar in the middle so they were very comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a little family reunion to watch a baseball game. This house was perfect for all of us, parking was easy and the house was beautiful! The area was quiet, the house was beautifully appointed and everything was at least as described but mostly even better!! We all agreed that we definitely want to go back next summer for another adventure!

It was wonderful to stay at Troy and Suzanne’s place! The house was lovely and matched the description, but I was surprised by how clear all the instructions were. Everything is thoughtfully labeled and there was no confusion as to how to operate anything in the home. It is clear they take the safety of their guests seriously, which was appreciated as we had three generations, ranging from small babies to older grandparents. I highly recommend staying here, and I hope to get the chance to come back someday.

Six of my co-workers and I had a fabulous stay! The location of this house is perfect. We attended a conference downtown, which was just a short 10 minute drive away. There were great restaurants and breweries within a short walk (great bagels right around the corner). We also enjoyed connecting in the common spaces at the house, the living room, kitchen, and patio were all perfect settings relax and chat. As an avid runner, I enjoyed getting for a lap around Green Lake Park and the Burke-Gilman trail made for a scenic route for a run through the University of Washington campus with a tour Gasworks Park along the way. It was a work trip, but this place made it feel like a vacation.

We stayed at this home for our 4th of July family vacation with our toddler. The house was the most perfect family home with great spaces to sit together (indoor and outdoor). There were so many thoughtful touches for families traveling with children like books, toys and toddler utensils in the kitchen. Troy and Suzanne were very responsive and gave us great recommendations. Bonus: we could see the fireworks from Gas Works Park from the front stoop!

We had a great 4 day stay. Perfect location for all of our activities. We filled our vacation with the zoo, aquarium, Mariners game and they won! We also did some exploring in the neighborhood and walked to see the Fremont troll. My kids hopped on a bus for a separate adventure and had no problems with a quick trip downtown. Bus stop very close to the house. I especially enjoyed quiet time on the patio and friendly neighbors walking their dogs. Great stay.

Troy’s home is charming, comfortable, and very clean. The patio is absolutely delightful! We enjoyed the flowers growing over the canopy while laying in the hammock. The location is perfect as we had the ability to walk to so many different places! Check in was easy and flexible, and communicating with Troy was great, he is very kind. My extended family and I had a lovely stay at Troy and Suzanne’s place for a Memorial Day graduation celebration. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and had great spaces for everyone to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook and we enjoyed dining outside on the private patio. It also had all the essentials for my toddler (portable crib, booster seat, kid cups/plates/silverware) which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable as well- an easy walk to tons of delicious restaurants and fun hangout spots and an easy bus ride downtown to Pike’s Place and other attractions. Everyone in our group (9 of us in total) loved the place and our stay here. We would certainly stay again in the future.

Troy is an amazing host with an equally amazing home. Our group of six (three couples) was very comfortable. The house is incredibly clean and everything we needed was provided. The patio space is beautiful and the perfect place for morning coffee and evening drinks. We walked to restaurants in the area and drove to several attractions and everything was very easy to get to. Troy provided information before I knew I needed it and quickly responded to any and all questions. Seattle is a beautiful place and Troy's home made our visit even better. We had a great experience and highly recommend this home.

The place is excellent. We enjoyed our stayed very much. The kids especially love the “tree house” area above the staircase. They played chess and board games everyday (also provided by the host). We visited Troy’s place in Seattle this past weekend for our bachelor and bachelorette getaway. The house was huge and accommodated. All of our guests, had everything you need for a great weekend away. Close to downtown and all Seattle’s best tourist attractions. Troy and Suzanne were amazing, super accommodating and friendly. I've stayed in many Airbnbs in Seattle and this is at the top of the list. It's a super cute historic home and the renovation on it is top notch. Super high quality. Lots of bedrooms to choose from, great kitchen with all the supplies, oils, and spices. Troy was over the top friendly and easy to deal with. Short walk to the restaurant and bar area in Fremont and a short drive to many things in Seattle. Absolutely would stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this charming home. The kids loved the indoor "treehouse" and all the cozy places to play and relax. The house is warm, welcoming, and spotless. I was incredibly impressed with Troy & Suzanne. We accidentally left behind a special blanket my child sleeps with every night. Suzanne worked tirelessly to find it and promptly mailed it back. A wonderful family! You can tell how much they love sharing their home. We would love to stay here again.

Troy was very accommodating and quickly responsive. Everything was clean and super professional. We were there on the weekend so parking was easy. Nicely stocked kitchen for all the pans and kitchenware we needed. The sauna was a favorite and the Christmas tree was such a homey touch. Highly recommended!
