Hello and welcome to Cedar and Sunlight Properties! We are Troy and Suzanne, eagerly anticipating hosting you for your next great adventure. Our journey in vacation rentals commenced in 2022 when we moved from our house in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle to the forest of Fox Island. Our family outgrew our Seattle home, but we were unwilling to part with our historic 1924 Craftsman, near all the parks and landmarks of Seattle. We decided to launch the Wallingford Oasis as a vacation rental property where we could share it with others seeking a comfortable, clean and relaxing home while exploring the city we love. Since the start of this adventure, we have received rave reviews and found great joy in helping our guests create their own memories at this, and other properties.
